It seems that the discovery of some hidden files which store data of your whereabouts on your iPhone or iPad has raised controversy. Find out what all the fuss is about and if Apple users should be worried.
The days in which tracking a person through their phone was just Sci Fi are over as it seems that we are subjected to this on a daily basis according to the latest reports signaled by two computer experts which have discovered that Apple iPhone contains hidden files which have raised controversy.

These hidden iOS files store data with regards to the whereabouts of the owner, so you are basically tracked through a GPS system. With a certain program you'll be able to download data from a phone and see where a person has been over a period of time, but isn't this a bit pushed to extremes?
According to The Wall Street Journal, Google's Android smart phones transmit the data stored regularly to Google, so basically all your moves are being tracked.

New Facebook Crush Breakup Alert App - WaitingRoom

Facebook is launching another application which you'll be able to use to find out when your crush has changed his relationship status. The new app called WaitingRoom will notify, at your request, the person you're interested in but he/she will not be able to see who you are until the relationship status is switched to single!
It seems that Facebook is trying its best to help you keep track of how your friends are doing, as it is launching a new crush breakup alert application called WaitingRoom. The new application is trying to replace the now shut down Breakup Notifier which ran for 3 days on Facebook before it was pulled out from use.

The new Facebook crush breakup alert application called WaitingRoom will still follow the same concept but will work a little bit different. Once you install the application, you'll be able to find out when the relationship status of a person you're interested in has changed. This announces itself as quite a popular application as this way you'll know right away when your crush has changed his relationship status.

Having an e-mail address is nowadays something normal, and this has become the easiest and fastest way to communicate and transfer data in seconds. However, when you wake up and see your e-mail is gone, you're gonna be stunned, as it happened to thousands of people on Sunday, February 27th 2011, when a Google bug disabled 150 000 Gmail accounts.

It seems that this glitch didn't amuse people as most keep their attachments safe in their e-mails and confronting yourself with the situation of having everything gone, is well, not hilarious. For most people this is a nightmare and so the Gmail help forum was bombarded with unsatisfied visitors who wanted some quick answers to their problem.
