Alexa Chung is Teen Vogue's November 2011 cover girl. The 27-year-old British beauty looks pretty in a Stella McCartney dress and her famous short bob. In the interview, Alexa sits down for a chat with the magazine and dishes on her well-known personal style, her fashion icons, her new show, but also on the royal wedding and being a newly single.
Alexa will present her own fashion reality series called '24 Hour Catwalk', where designers will compete against each other in runway challenges. Chung will be aided by a panel of fashion-industry professionals: designer Cynthia Rowley, PR maven James LaForce, and social scribe Derek Blasberg.
On her upcoming show, the gorgeous It girl told Teen Vogue that, "I only wanted to do this if it was going to be a genuine search for designers and if I would be working alongside people who are legitimate in the fashion industry."
The model-turned-VJ-turned-designer is no stranger to fashion and her name is always related to the title of 'style icon'. But does Alexa have fashion muses? Inside the magazine, she admits that, "Jane Birkin, Penelope Tree, Jean Shrimpton — those are all the people whose style I admire."
