Is Anna Wintour leaving Vogue - rumor has it that perhaps the most popular name at Vogue's is leaving.

Anna Wintour, the queen of the American Vogue, it's supposed to be ejected from her editor-in-chief position, being replaced with Carine Roitfeld, the editor of French Vogue.
Doesn't it sound exactly like the plot in the movie "The Devil Wears Prada"?

Supposedly, the reason for this charade it not other but age, as the American editor at Vogue is reaching her 60s.

One of the most famous woman all around the world, so powerful that she inspired characters and movies, such as Fey Sommers in "Ugly Betty" or Regina Krumm in "Prêt-a-Porter", Anna Wintour seems to have no plans of leaving Vogue.


In an interview with Jonathan Tisch, she admitted she has the best job in the entire world and that she probably wouldn't be very good at anything else.


A true fashion icon and a source of inspiration for an entire planet, the editor-in-chief Wintour doesn't seem to go anywhere.
"I have no plans to leave American Vogue now or in the foreseeable future" Anna declared.

About the rumors in which she is to be replaced with the French editor Carine Roitfeld, she said that: "This is the silliest rumor I ever heard".
